Terms

The agreement between you and CodeBook.

The service

CodeBook provides a workspace in which factories, their workflows, cards and automated workers run on your organization’s behalf. You are responsible for the content you put into it and for what you instruct your workers to do.

Your agents are your instructions

Skills are editable text. An agent does what its skill and its column instructions say, with the grants you gave that column. Granting a column repository write access or tool access is your decision, and the actions taken under it are attributable to your organization.

Automated work is not a substitute for review. Approval columns and retry bounds exist so that a person can stand between a worker and anything that matters; we recommend you use them, and you decide where.

Accounts

Access is through your Bookbag account. You are responsible for keeping it secure and for the people you add to your organization. Removing somebody from the organization removes their access to CodeBook.

Model usage

Model usage is metered and depends on whether your organization runs on our models or its own keys.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and to give notice of changes that affect how your workflows behave. Features may change; anything that would alter what an existing column does is communicated before it ships.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and export or delete your content. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or others through it.
