Talk to the worker
Click the agent on any station and talk to it. Ask the analyst for user stories and they appear in the workflow as cards. Start a new session or pick up an old one — and what you said stays yours.

- A conversation with the agent on that station
Sometimes the work is not a card. You want to ask the QA agent what it usually checks, or hand the analyst a half-formed idea before it becomes a story. The chat panel on a station is that conversation, and it keeps its history. Ask for work — “write me user stories for refunds” — and the agent writes cards into its column.
Sessions are private to the person who started them. Another member of the workspace cannot list your sessions and cannot read one by guessing its id — both are enforced by the server, and both are covered by tests.

Workers on stations
Every column in a workflow can have one worker behind it — an agent you hired, a person, or an agent that waits for a person’s approval. The column stops being a place cards wait and becomes a station where something happens to them.

Skills
A skill is plain text you can read. No hidden prompt, no black box — what the agent was told is on the page, and you can change it.

Control and audit
Pass/fail routing, retry limits and human gates are rules the system enforces, not prompts. Every run keeps an audit trail of each step and tool call, and an agent’s reach is the grant you gave its station.
