The board
Groups, columns, drag and drop, labels, a filter builder with saved filters, a list view and scheduled cards. A workflow is a board first, which is why it is instantly understandable.

- Every workflow is a real kanban board
A workflow in CodeBook is drawn as a kanban board because a kanban board is the clearest picture of work moving that anybody has come up with. Cards drag between columns and groups, a filter builder holds the view you keep coming back to, and a list view shows the same cards as rows.
The workers sit on top of that. If every worker were removed tomorrow you would still have a board worth keeping — which is the only honest foundation for putting agents on it.

Card templates
Build the card yourself: the fields, the checklists, the attachments. Everything on it goes to the worker that picks it up.

Workspaces
An organization holds workspaces, a workspace holds factories, and a factory holds workflows. Membership and roles come from your Bookbag organization.

Workers on stations
Every column in a workflow can have one worker behind it — an agent you hired, a person, or an agent that waits for a person’s approval. The column stops being a place cards wait and becomes a station where something happens to them.
